Transport Coordination & Freight Management
Some consignments require an articulated or specialist vehicle, multiple vehicles, several collection or delivery points, or carefully coordinated timings. Instead of leaving you to source and manage several different providers, our transport team plans and coordinates the complete movement.
We use our own fleet of LWB Sprinter vans, Luton vans, 7.5-tonne trucks and 18-tonne rigid trucks wherever appropriate. When an articulated vehicle, specialist capability or additional capacity is required, we work with carefully selected transport partners to provide the necessary solution.
S&B remains your single point of contact throughout. We coordinate vehicle allocation, collection and delivery schedules, handovers and progress updates. If an issue arises, our team manages the situation, keeps you informed and works towards the most practical resolution.
