When you request a quote or contact us, we collect:

• Your name and, where given, your company name
• Your email address and telephone number
• Details of the job: collection and delivery locations, dates, and goods
• Any other information you choose to include in your message
• Whether you have consented to receive occasional service updates

We also collect limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, through standard server logs.

• To prepare and follow up your quotation, and to carry out transport work — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract.
• To respond to general enquiries — our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
• To send occasional service updates — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep accounting and tax records — compliance with our legal obligations.

We share information only where it is needed to do the job. That may include a subcontracted carrier delivering your consignment, our IT and hosting providers, and our accountants. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to completed jobs are kept for seven years to meet accounting and tax requirements.

Website enquiries are stored on secure cloud infrastructure within the UK or European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum are in place.
