Events & Exhibition Logistics
Event logistics leave little room for delay. We plan each movement around venue booking systems, timed get-in and de-rig slots, marshalled yards, height restrictions, access limitations and unloading requirements.
Equipment is carefully secured using appropriate load straps and protective blankets to reduce movement and damage during transit. Where a venue does not have a loading bay or forklift, we can allocate a suitable tail-lift vehicle with pallet-handling equipment.
Our fleet includes LWB Sprinter vans, Luton vans, 7.5-tonne trucks and 18-tonne rigid trucks, allowing us to support anything from smaller event materials and displays to palletised staging and exhibition equipment.
Return collections can be planned alongside the outbound delivery, giving you one coordinated transport plan for getting equipment to the venue and returning it after the event.
