- Urgent same-day transport
Vehicle 03
7.5-Tonne Trucks
Directly operated
Box-bodied trucks with tail-lift and pallet-handling capability for palletised freight and larger commercial consignments requiring more capacity than a Luton van but not a full 18-tonne rigid.
- Box body with tail lift and pallet truck
- Up to 8 standard pallets, depending on dimensions and weight
- Load straps, protective blankets and load-securing equipment
- Ideal for medium-weight commercial and palletised freight
Vehicle 04
18-Tonne Rigid Vehicles
Directly operated
Box-bodied rigid trucks for larger commercial consignments and palletised freight, equipped with tail lifts, pallet trucks, load restraints and protective blankets for safe and practical delivery.
- Box body, approximately 26 feet
- Approximately 12–14 standard pallets, depending on dimensions and weight

Carefully selected transport partners
Where a requirement exceeds the capacity of our directly operated fleet, we coordinate articulated vehicles, specialist vehicle types and additional capacity through carefully selected transport partners. S&B plans and manages the movement while remaining your single point of contact from collection through to final delivery.
